Customizable Vtuber Model

Thank you for purchasing our Customizable Vtuber Model! Below, you'll find step-by-step instructions to guide you through the setup process.

⚠️ Please note: This model is designed for use with VTube Studio. While VTube Studio can be downloaded for free from Steam, you will need to purchase the Remove Watermark DLC to eliminate the watermark.

Installation

  1. Download your model and unzip it to the folder of your choice.
  2. Launch Steam and open VTube Studio
  3. Click on the model selection icon.

  4. Click the “Import Your Own Model” button

  5. You will then see a pop-up showing the path where your models should be stored. Click the "Open folder" button.

  6. Navigate to the folder containing your exported model and open the “2.Model” folder.
  7. You will see two folders: “Full Tracking” and “Auto Blinking”. Copy both folders into the Live2D folder you opened from VTube Studio.
  8. Once everything is installed correctly, "Full Tracking" and "Auto Blinking" models will appear in the list. Choose the one that suits your needs.

  • Auto Blinking: Ideal for users with lower quality webcams or those using Android phones for tracking.
  • Full Tracking: Offers full eye-tracking capabilities without auto-blinking, ideal for users with high-quality webcams (720p 30fps and above) and iPhone users.

Tracking Setup

After installing your model into VTube Studio, the next step is to set up your camera for tracking. You can track your face directly from a webcam or use a phone instead of a webcam. Webcam tracking is a quicker and simpler method that can yield good results but using an iPhone for face tracking provides the highest quality.

Webcam Tracking

  1. Click the settings icon from the main menu (gear icon on the left).

  2. In the top bar, navigate to the camera setup tab.

  3. In the webcam tracking window, select your camera, its resolution, frame rate, and color format

    .

  4. All other settings are pre-configured and should remain as they are, but you can adjust the tracking quality and other settings to enhance precision if desired.

  5. When you’re ready, click the “Camera ON” button to activate the tracking.

  6. The final step is to calibrate your camera. Look directly into the webcam and click "Calibrate" while remaining still.

Reminder: You may need to recalibrate periodically if VTube Studio begins to lose your tracking data.

Phone Tracking

If you do not have a high-quality webcam, you can use your phone’s camera for tracking instead. An iPhone with the Face ID feature offers the most accurate tracking, though some Android phones that support Google ARCore can also be used to get good results.

⚠️ Important: To stream your tracking data from a phone to your PC for more than 5 minutes, VTube Studio requires VTube Studio Pro as an in-app purchase on the iOS/Android version of the app.

WiFi Connection

FAQ

Q: Will this model work with VTube Studio on my iPhone/Android?

Yes, technically it can work. However, we advise against using it solely on your phone. Phones may overheat due to the model's high quality, leading to unstable performance. Its primary practical use on a phone is as a tracking device.

Q: Is it possible to use this model with PrprLive or Animaze by Facerig?

A: No. This model is optimized only for VTube Studio. With highly customizable models, it is very hard to make it compatible with every software out there, so we decided to focus on delivering the best experience only for VTube Studio.

Q: Why aren't my eyes or mouth moving?

A: First, ensure you've selected the correct version of our model — Full Tracking for high-quality eye tracking or Auto Blinking without it. Set your tracking quality to Level 1 and above for eye tracking (we recommend Level 4 or higher). If everything seems alright, check if your webcam or phone supports high-quality eye tracking. Lastly, you can adjust smoothing and limit range for blinking and mouth in VTube Studio Settings.

Q: Can you add more customization to the model on my request?

A: No. This model is provided as is. At this point, it’s impossible to add more customization to this model due to technical limitations.

Q: Do you have a (specific customization option) in the model?

A: You can find a list of available customization options in this guide above.

Q: Can I use this model for commercial purposes, in games, apps, merch etc?

A: No. This model is for personal use only. You can use it for monetized content (for example, YouTube videos and live streams), but using it in apps, games, and for merch is forbidden. However, we do offer custom solutions for businesses. You can always contact our support and ask us about custom work.

Q: I've changed my mind and no longer want this model, can I request a refund?

A: Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy. The onus is on you, as a consumer, to make responsible decisions about the purchases you make online.
